Housing Information
HOUSING REFERRAL OFFICE- Located in 6800 Prussman Blvd
Hours: Monday- Tues & Fri: 7a - 5p
Weds: 7a - 7p
Thurs: 9a - 5p
Fort Carson is the
first Army Post to have privatized on-post housing. There are some
newly constructed units and many renovated units. There is a
variety of base housing (from 2 - 4 bedrooms) depending upon rank and
family size of service member. On average you can expect to wait
between 12 and 24 months for an on-base unit. On-Post units have
stoves and refrigerators (some dishwashers). All utilities,
except telephone, are included.
Report to the
Housing Referral Office to be added to the On-Post Housing waiting list.

has approved, endorsed, or authorized this site.
